Staff
Tiffani Pinkerton is the HMS Hub Collaborative Director. Prior to joining HMS Hub, Tiffani worked in prevention for 10 years in Southwest Iowa. Relevant experiences include leadership in the areas of workforce development, domestic abuse advocacy, and community reentry from incarceration. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a master’s degree from Bellevue University. Tiffani will be working with HMS Hub collaborative partners to enhance a communication, education, and central navigation network, which strengthens relationships, and connect resources for all who strive to improve well-being for children and families in southwest Iowa.

Steering Committee
The Steering Committee is a cross-sector group of leaders, decision-makers, and community members who provide strategic direction, champion the effort, and align their own organizations' work to the common agenda. They use data to help inform a common agenda and strategy for change. They help track the progress of the work with agreed-upon indicators. The steering committee provides strategic guidance, vision, and oversight to the collaboration.
